The Guiding Principles of Corporate Treasury – 4th Edition Now in English

The German Association of Corporate Treasurers (VDT) has now published its well regarded publication “The Guiding Principles of Corporate Treasury” in English.

The fourth edition of the publication, describes basic requirements and provides guidance on establishing and developing the treasury function. Compliance with these requirements and guidelines is intended to help companies conduct treasury transactions and processes securely, properly and economically, prevent solvency problems and financial risk management issues, and establish the treasury function as a central task of corporate management within the company.The German Association of Corporate Treasurers (VDT) has now published its well regarded publication “The Guiding Principles of Corporate Treasury” in English.
